A Gold Coin

For each bracelet, twilly, scrunchie and scrunchie headband sold, Catchy Attitude will be donating $2 to Miracle Babies Foundation which is Australia’s leading organisation supporting premature and sick newborns, their families and the hospitals that care for them.

We want that these accessories, made from off-cuts from our unique prints, are not only made to avoid fabric wastage but also to support a great cause.

Why the Miracle Babies Foundation?

I gave birth to Odin, my very first time child at 36 weeks and 6 days. He was considered premature. Nevertheless my partner and I were very lucky and happy to know that he was a healthy baby, he just could not wait to come meet us on earth.

The first few months after Odin was born were tough. I am sure all mums would agree with me, from breastfeeding, not sleeping, feeling down, not having close family around for extra support (thanks COVID)... there is nothing that comes easy at the start. That got me thinking, not all parents are fortunate like we were because Odin was a strong and healthy baby so welcoming a premature baby into a family must be very hard and even more overwhelming especially if you have to go through this alone.

Knowing that every year in Australia, more than 48,000 babies are born requiring specialised care is devastating and I believe support is vital. We are hoping to make recurring donation to the Nurture Program services and resources so more families can get support during this tough time.
